The Seca 684 Medical Scale facilitates safe weighing while standing, sitting or in a wheelchair – without having to be converted. When standing, the patient is supported by a stable handrail, when sitting by an integrated folding seat, and in a wheelchair by a large platform (31 x 38") – the weight of the wheelchair is simply tared away by the pre-TARE function. Special attention has been given to making this scales easy to access. In addition a stop barrier for the front wheels of the wheelchair has been added as an additional safety feature. The weight is easy for patient and care giver to read due to the swivelling display. A HOLD function is available for showing the weight even after the patient has left the scales. The Seca 684 is equiped with a non-slip rubber coating and railing, and includes castors for true mobility.

The Seca 676 Wheelchair Scale is stable, functional and mobile. Thanks to its generously sized platform and the robust handrail, the seca 676 is ideal for diverse uses. For example, patients can be weighed sitting in a wheelchair or on a chair. Frail patients or patients who have difficulty walking have the possibility of using the handrail as support. When no longer in use, the seca 676 can be folded together in no time at all, thus saving storage space. The firm locking device between the handrail and platform ensures that the scales stand safely also when folded together. When folded together, the handrail serves as a handle – making it effortless to roll the scale away via the casters.
