- This product ships for free! All of our fireplaces are shipped via Roadway Freight, and shipping is free anywhere in the continental USA. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or another US territory please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.
- Most items will ship in 2-3 days of placing your order. Many will ship the same day. In the rare instance we are not able to fulfill your order within this time frame, we will immediately contact you with the reason for the delay.
- Once your fireplace ships via Roadway Freight, we will email you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it's progress. Roadway will call you the day of delivery to schedule a time when you will be available.
- Please note that Roadway will not take the fireplace into your home, you will be responsible for moving the fireplace into your home and setting it up. Two people may lift the fireplace and carry it, or one person may move it with a hand truck. If you are unable to move the fireplace by yourself, please give us a call and we can arrange for "white glove" delivery service. For an extra charge, Roadway will take the fireplace into your home, and place the boxes wherever you wish. Pricing on this service varies by area, so please call us for a quote.
- Once your fireplace arrives, please inspect the box and packaging before accepting delivery. By signing for the delivery, you are agreeing that you received the fireplace in good condition. If there is any damage to the packaging, you must note this on the bill of lading and contact us immediately. Roadway usually takes great care of their packages, but on occassion something may get damaged. If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you. We are here to make this process as easy as possible, so you can enjoy your new Fireplace!
