General Return Policy:
If you receive your item and find that you don't like it, or it simply does not meet your needs you can return it to us at any time within 30 days of your original purchase date. Simply call our customer service number to obtain a RMA and send it back to us. We will provide a refund of your purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Please note that many of our products ship for free, but if they are returned our actual shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund.

All orders over $100 within the continental US are eligible for free Fedex Ground shipping. If your order is under $100, or you live outside of the continental US, you will be able to select between Fedex and USPS services during checkout. Any item that is too large for a normal carrier will be shipped via Roadway Freight.
