    If your item arrived damaged or defective, please give our customer service department a call. We will be happy to replace the item for you free of charge. We will pay for shipping both ways and do our best to rush a new product to your doorstep. We understand that there is nothing worse than receiving something that does not work, and we will do everything within our power to correct the problem as fast as possible.

    General Return Policy:
    If you receive your item and find that you don't like it, or it simply does not meet your needs you can return it to us at any time within 30 days of your original purchase date. Simply call our customer service number to obtain a RMA and send it back to us. We will provide a refund of your purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Please note that many of our products ship for free, but if they are returned our actual shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund.

    All orders over $100 within the continental US are eligible for free Fedex Ground shipping. If your order is under $100, or you live outside of the continental US, you will be able to select between Fedex and USPS services during checkout. We do offer express services through Fedex for those who need their items right away. Quotes on these services will also be provided during checkout. Any item that is too large for a normal carrier will be shipped via Roadway Freight.
