Arrived quickly, was easy to put together and the base is very low profile and wide making it easier for patients to get on.

Ordering was quick, shipping right on time and the 500KL Physican Scale was assembled in only a few minutes needing only a phillips screwdriver to tighten the 4 bolts that fasten the bottom of the scale to the tower assembly...but it's best to have an extra set of hands to properly align those pieces! Although the 500 KL may be considered a little over the top just for home use, the accuracy within 1/10 of a pound will certainly help maintain one's weight and let you know when it's time to back away from the table...thanks Quick Supply!

The scale is wonderful, but the booklet of assembly instructions could use some real improvement. The picture of the base of the scale where one plugs in the adapter is so small that it can hardly be read! It is a good thing that my husband is a handyman, or we would have made a call for help. We appreciate having the BMI display. There again, some instructions would have been helpful. I knew I did not have a BMI of 65.0, but I finally figured out which additional button I had to push to get the correct number. All in all, it was a great price for what seems to be a very good product. Sincerely, Lynn
