Now, that I have the correct cable this scale works like a charm with the UPS software. Easy to connect and working great! Technical support via email was super.

Purchased this scale last week. Scale works fine but it did not come with the RS-232 cable to connect to our PC. I had to purchased one from Radio Shack but it still doesn't work with PC. It would have been much simplier if everything had come to connect to PC even if it costed more. A&D tech support has given me limited support. Not much help.
