I use the KD-7000 in making biodiesel. It is accurate and easy to use. I highly recommend this scale. Warning: It is very fragile!!! Do not drop it. I learned that the hard way. It killed the first one that I owned.

The scale has done well, still accurate after months of regular use. easy to operate and clean. My only complaint is the protective shield hinge fractured soon after purchase.

Love the scale. It's easy to use, responds well to minute changes in weight when working with grams. The percentage function works well when making breads. The removable weight tray removes for easy cleanup and the button shield is great when working with kids or new bakers.
