What's needed to take advantage of our Guarantee?
- The item you purchased must be returned in "new" condition. (Just the way it was when you received it.) If the return is used, damaged, missing parts, or does not include the original packaging and documentation a restocking fee will be applied.
- Call our customer service number to obtain a RMA Number. (Return
Merchandise Authorization) 1-877-771-2471
- You pay the return shipping and delivery costs (Unless the item
is DOA) **
As soon as we receive your return and verify it's condition, we will issue you a refund or store credit, whichever
you prefer.
** Please note, if the item you ordered is DOA (Dead On Arrival) and
you would like to exchange it for a new product we will also pay for the
return shipping costs. |
